Scott Roberts, Licensed Professional Counselor

My mission is to provide a compassionate and professional space where healing begins and empowerment grows. I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. Through thoughtful, evidence-based therapy, I strive to honor each person’s unique story while fostering growth, clarity, and a renewed sense of strength.

Struggling with your mental health can feel overwhelming and, at times, all consuming. Anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem, and challenges within relationships or family systems can affect every area of your life. These experiences can impact how you sleep, how you connect with others, and how you feel about yourself. You do not have to navigate this alone. Healing is possible, and therapy can provide relief from the weight of persistent thoughts and emotions. It can help you reconnect with what matters most and feel more grounded in your day to day life.I have extensive experience and specialized training in trauma, anxiety, and substance use. At the core of my work is a strong emphasis on genuine human connection. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and safe to explore your experiences. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs and goals. I integrate evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, while maintaining a person centered foundation. Together, we will develop practical tools and insight to help you move forward.I work with adults, older adults, and couples. I offer in person appointments in downtown Prescott, Arizona and telehealth for the state of Arizona.
